Outputs stay on after ignition off
My use for the PDM might be a bit different than what most people use them for as I’m modernizing an older car and PDMs will give me the canbus features needed. One issue that I’ve run into is that it seems like when the ign input is turned off, all outputs are turned off also. While the logic for using PDMs in a track car makes sense, it would be helpful if there was a way to allow some inputs to be able power on even if the ign switch is off. A few examples I can think of is headlights and parking lights, hazards, and perhaps an Acc latch to keep the radio on until a door is opened or after a period of time.
are the PDMs capable of doing this or is this a feature that might be added in the future?

Might I suggest Wake-On-CAN? the body CAN network of most vehicles goto sleep after 20 seconds if no activity when engine is off. The moment you use your fob or open door or lock door via button on door panel, the BCM wakes up until there is 20 seconds of inactivity, and the devices are all put to sleep after the timeout.
