Can keypad
While setting up the PDM , ECU and CAN keypad my ecu found they keypad and wanted to configure it. I did just to see if it worked. Which it did but it had a lot more control then the PDM had. It had a over 3 times the amount of colours and could make them flash. It also had a lot more control over the display, you could program the keys with more features and a greater amont of parameters/options for the colours of the keys. ie if the oil pressure was too low one key or any amount of keys could be turned a colour and even flash.
Is this something that is in the pipe line as at the moment i can't even get red as a colour. I'd like to have all the features that are avaible for the keypad but via the PDM.

Hi, Thank you for the post. You can make the buttons flash based on events using timers and the generic functions. I would update to V115 which is available on the website, we have added a couple more features, and the colour red.
If you could let me know which ECU you are using, then i can go and have a look see what extra features they have. Based on the Blink Marine documentation, there are three LEDs (Red, Green and Blue) for each Button. I would be interested to see what extra colours are available on the ECU you have. I will speak to Blink Marine and see if there are extra colours available which aren't documented. As far as i know, you cant set a 0-100% brightness for each LED to achieve full RGB.
