save and load of section configuration
To save and load a configuration for a section like "Inputs, "Outputs", "Keypad" .... would be very nice.
The section configuration of the CAN should be able for the other sections too.

I'm also in micro controller programming, but don't like to code PC software.
Your PDM and the tool are very nice 😃
Could you reveal which kind of controller you use? I do some stuff around STM32 controller in the past.
Maybe a other hint here:
It should be selectable to retrieve the configuration of the connected PDM on the button click "connect".
Maybe with a hook beside the button. Or with a second button named "connect & retrieve (config)"
