I have a problem i changed upgraded my pdm to 25 old version to 35 new version and i created a problem with the lights all car and shift light ect i have inputs and outputs leaking and leds a glowing a little, on the inputs setting theres a pull resistor but i cant switch it on any help pls

I'm troubleshooting an electrical issue on my S13 KA24DET using a Wiring Specialties Pro chassis and engine harness, Link ECU, and PDM15 with an 8-button CANbus keypad and digital dash.
The original PDM experienced issues after I discovered a connector filled with water, with corroded pins and a slight burnt smell. I subsequently found that the PDM was not supplying proper 12V to the C6 output on the green connector.
I replaced the PDM and reloaded the configuration file. The replacement worked for approximately five laps on track before the keypad and digital dash shut off again.
Current symptoms and findings:
C6 is commanded ON in the PDM software but measures 0V.
I've confirmed 0V directly at the PDM's C6 output pin and at the keypad/dash end of the harness.
Im working on a PWM fan control strategy and im running into an issue with the way that the PWM mapping is done in the outputs. The fan i have is a spal 18 inch 850w fan from a 2019 camaro SS. This fan requires 10% to stay on and 90% for full speed, below 10% or above 90% sets an error code.
This is my current mapping that i have and i have no way of setting 10% or 90% as the baseline in comparison to the coolant temperature. I will probably need to make another 2d table to create an artificial 10-90% bottom and top threshold. One suggestion i could make to solve this issue is to allow adjustability of the scalars (the 0-100% numbers on the left of the value inputs) This would allow for much easier interpolation and setting top and bottom thresholds. Hi, You may need to use a maths channel with a min/max function to limit the range that the value can be, then use the result of the maths channel to be the PWM mapping variable
Hello, first time using a PDM15 v2 so im wondering if i have made an error myself in the programming, Im trying to test my ecu on and off but everytime i turn off the output the ecu is staying on because the output reads 10.5-10.8v, same goes for all the other outputs those devices just dont turn on, they all read 10.5-10.8v, ive tested all the outputs in case of any back feed and there is no power going back other than the Pin 3 on the green DT connector that requires power. Unless you have a pulldown resistor attached to the output, or an actual load, then you will see this. We have an installation where one of the outputs drives a fuel transfer pump. The output line is also connected to an engine monitor input to display an alert when the pump is on. If the pump is not connected, the monitor thinks the pump is on because the output floats high. But when the pump is connected, everything functions as expected.
