How to create a 5v output?

I'd like to have a permanently live ~5v output, so assumed I could use a 'Battery Voltage => 12' trigger and PWM. The first is easy enough, but the PWM settings are confusing. The part that gets me is that when I enter 12 in the 40% slot and save, the rest of the slots above 40 also inherit this 12 value. And since the battery voltage is always >12, the output follows the main voltage.

How do I tell the PDM25+ to set an output to ~5v (40%) and stay there?

I even tried to use a maths channel to keep a stable value as battery voltage can change. ( 12/battery v) x 5 . which should have worked But the PDM saw battery voltage change to quick for it to keep that maths channel at 5.
