Window Defroster
Has anyone wired a window defroster through the PDM?
Im adding an aftermarket defroster kit to my front windshield. It comes with a relay and button with timer but if able, Id like to just use the PDM but not sure if it makes sense to. The kit I’m going to use is linked below. It’s 12V and runs on a 10 min timer. Im sure I can replicate the timer function but not sure how the resistance nature of the heating element would impact the PDM, if at all.

I got it all setup with a timer to replicate the switching function of the included system wiring. Thanks!
