encoder motor
has anyone tried to send an encoder signal to a pdm? I am not for sure if the PDM can even read the square wave signals produced by an encoder. i know i could send an encoder signal to a arduino and then through a dac to create a 0-5v signal or to a arduino and a can transceiver to create a can signal and then take either or input and control a dc motor to move to set location. but was curious if anyone had any insight on whether or not you could send the raw encoder square wave signal to the pdm directly and decode the position.
