    Blink Marine key pad

in Welcome to the Tech Forum

I’m looking to hook up a blink marine 8 button key pad, and I want to make sure I’m doing the cam bus correctly. The two can Hi/Lo need to be wired to the cam spot on the PDM 25, do I need to add a resistor inline or does the key pad have one already and the PDM 25 has one and I just need to hook up wires?

    thanks

PDM25+ has user selectable terminating resistors, all other is need resistors wired. You may be able to get away with one if the bus is short. You also may have other devices like ecu or dash with resistors built in. I find in/out method works best and it is easy to double crimp in DT Socketa

@George Stokes so just to make sure I’m understanding both instructions, do I need to add one just one 120ohm resistor on the hardwire PDM side? or do I need to add one to both sides or the connections?
