output on without analog input?

can I set up an output to come on when the pdm comes on with the key? Basically for something that would have constant power whenever the key is on. I tried going through the output function editor but couldn't make sense of it that way.

Yes you can do this no problem. If you set the output function to be 'True AND True', then the function will always evaluate to True, so the output will always be on (when you turn the PDM on the output will come on).

You are making up a logic statement. So you have you choose your first variable on the left. Then you compare this to either another variable or constant to get your logic statement. For example, the logic statement could be 'output 1 current > output 2 current. Here two variables are being compared. Or you could have 'output 1 current > 5.6'. Here the first variable is being compared to a constant (fixed number).
